CANCELLATION & REFUND

At A for Analytics, we value your time and ours. We strive to maintain a clear and fair policy for cancellations and refunds to ensure mutual respect and transparency in every project.

Cancellations

  • Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a minimum 7-day notice before your next billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the current paid period.

  • One-Time Projects: Cancellations must be requested before the project begins. If work has already started, only a partial refund may be applicable based on completed deliverables.

  • Enterprise Contracts: Cancellation terms will be defined in the project agreement or proposal. Generally, a 15–30 day notice is required depending on project scope and milestones.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for work already completed, time spent, or reports delivered.

  • If no significant work has begun and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • No refunds are provided for delays caused by incomplete data, missed feedback, or client-side inaction.

Important Notes

  • All refund requests must be sent in writing via email.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 4-7 business days.

  • In the event of a dispute, we will aim to resolve the issue amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, applicable legal or arbitration processes may apply.
